I did the Anchorage dlc first because i got the winterized power armor that doesn't deteriorate and i didn't have to train with the brotherhood to use it.

Now does anyone know if I can save it right before I hit level 30 and then use those perks that let you set your karma all the way to good, evil or neutral to get those cheevos for hitting level 30 at each?

Yes you can, although I found the game much more enjoyable going through 3 different times, once as an evil, good and neutral character.
Well I'm gonna have to go through it again to get the levels 8, 14 and 20 cheevos on Good and Evil cause I've managed to go through my first run-thru entirely neutral but if I can avoid having to go all the way up to level 30 two more times I'm gonna. I really don't wanna have to run thru Mothership Zeta again.

Yeah, I read before to go through totally good. Save right before each achievement level, get good, restart from save, kill people till you're neutral, get to level, get achievement, restart again, kill people all the way to evil, repeat.
Then just restart the last time for your good character. And continue again at the next achievement level.
Then just restart the last time for your good character. And continue again at the next achievement level.

Thanks for the tip. Now I really only need to do one more run-thru.

Careful when going for Karma achievements, each person you kill gives you XP, so it may be hard to to just kill people for Karma without accidentally leveling up. Just a thought.
