I worked on getting the Chef's hat the other night to no avail. I'm pretty sure that all I need is that, the Queen outfit and the female masquerade suit. I should get all of them with my next playthrough!

I have I think 10 Chef's hats if you want I could send it. I also have the Queen's outfit and the female masquerade suit.

I managed to find my Chef's hat by digging it up in Millfields. I tried marrying a chef but since I was pure evil he divorced me in 10 secs, so I had to kill him. I also tried befriending all the chefs on my good play through, but that didn't work either. It's pretty much pure luck to get one.
