Mine did that for a while, it eventually goes away. At least mine did. Try reloading a different Hero and then reloading your Hero back up.

so i got the game yesterday and started it...and i could deff tell it was an improvement over fable 2, that was the first thing i noticed. the combat seems a lot more fun/smooth/effective imo, and i love how when you do a flourish it can slow it down and make it awesome. im currently using a nice female character who runs around w/ a pistol and a hammer i have dubbed "HellBringer" (yes, i know, original) its always funny to watch the bad guys get their faces smashed in by a woman wielding this big ass hammer. in my next playthrough, ill be an asshole guy (idek if ill be nice to get people to join my cause) who uses rifles(or the shotgun weapons if i can ever fucking find them) and maybe a sword but prolly a hammer because its just more fun. idk yet
altho in the story, i just got to Bowerstone...and im rather saddened by what happened to them there :/ bowerstone was one of my fave places to run around in in Fable 2, and i knew where all the shops were n stuff...and then now it looks like it does? thats rather depressin

On another note, is it just the horrendous job they did with the new map or did they really change the geography of Albion? It's only been 50 years since the last game but everything seems different.

I get your point but I was really just referring to the overall layout of Albion of the map. It just doesn't seem to resemble the Albion I remember from the previous games. It seems like the geography of Albion changed more in the 50 years between II and III than it did during the 500 years between I and II.
