Found my first glitch, it's not recognizing that I own the house in Whiterun, won't let me upgrade it either and when I go to sleep in my bed it says you can't sleep in an owned bed...anyone know how to fix this by any chance if it's an old bug?

He should have given you a book on house upgrades and have a option to sell them to you. Also your house carl CANNOT die unless you killed her yourself or she fell off a cliff. So if she is dead that's another glitch.

@Chaind, that gave me a good laugh. I was on top of a mountain earlier and looked down and I was about 50 feet above a dragon perched on a ledge in a dragon's lair, I wanted to Ezio his ass or pull something from Dark Souls and drop down and cut his head off, but I opted to go with a sneak bow and arrow attack and piss his ass off then I jumped into his lair and waited for him to land and slaughtered him
