Personally, I'm looking forward to hearing more about The Cursed Crusade, Kingdoms of Amalur, WH40k Space Marine, LotR War in the North, Binary Domain and Soul Cal 5.
I don't get why Ignition is going to be showing El Shaddai: Ascension of the Metatron at E3--as I understand it, the demo is already up on the Japanese Live Marketplace and the game itself is pretty much finished.

I'm looking forward to XCOM, Catherine, Star Wars Kinect (and all other Kinect games), Super Mario 3DS, From Dust, and of course that new Nintendo console everyone is speculating about. Last year Nintendo won "Best Conference" in my opinion. From the sounds of it, they will win again. Unless Microsoft pulls something out of their sleeve last minute. I'm pretty sure we would've at least heard rumors about now though.

Ooooh yeah, I forgot about From Dust and Catherine. I remember seeing some really early teaser stuff last E3 about From Dust and thinking it looked awesome.
Catherine will probably be awesome just because of stuff like this.
I am interested to see what Nintendo is going to try to do with this Project Cafe machine. I love the idea of getting a "next" next-gen console earlier than expected, and proto pictures of the 1080p image split into individual screens on 4 controllers is awesome--it will make for epic Mario Kart sessions.
Catherine will probably be awesome just because of stuff like this.

I cant wait for the new Assassins Creed game to come out. The excitement is building.
