I wasn't really interested in this game before I tried the alpha, to me it seemed like Bungie's version of borderlands on a massive multiplayer scale, which sounds cool, but didn't really appeal to me. Thankfully Circus sent me an alpha code so I can try this game out, and wow it's fantastic. It's style an early build but the game feels great to play. It's a traditional 2 weapon halo style system, but I really enjoyed it a lot more than I thought I would. I can't wait to do the coop missions and try the beta and full fledged game. The graphics look amazing, and just was a ton of fun to play.
anyone else getting it?

It look all MP achievements. No story related achievements. IDK if I'm going to get it.

Sounds like Destiny is just going to be a better version of Defiance to me. Just like Titanfall play's pretty much the same as Lost Planet did. Actually Lost Planet was much more fun.

anyone who pre orders the game will get a code to get into the beta later this month. you can even preorder on amazon, get the code, then cancel your pre rider to try it out for free.

one is first person, the other is third person, not to mention completely different types of movement styles and weapons, but ok.

Destiny beta release date announced for xbox one, it's gonna be july 23rd.
also 2 collector's editions were announced today as well.
