If you've upgrading the Dr and she's not selling bleach, just dashboard and reload your game and her inventory changes. I noticed today that when I loaded my game she wasn't selling any. Fast travel and going back to main menu doesn't change their inventory's. You have to go all the way back to dashboard to change it.

I just got screwed out of 2 achievements. 1 of them was for News Junkie with also means I can't get The Hoarder (all collectibles). I have all 10 of the volunteer's voice recordings but my tracker says I only have 9. So now I have to go through the entire game all over again just to get them.
