Yep I bought the country mega ticket for star lake. I'm at every country concert there. And isn't it funny that we still call it star lake? It has changed name three times but it will always be star lake.

Brantley is opening for Tim McGraw this year. I have saw him open for Eric church and Tim now and for not being a headliner persay he puts on one hell of a show.

Church is amazing in concert. The energy he has is astounding to me. He is a hell of a showman as well. The whole show he does is crazy good. I go to every concert he has within driving distance from where I live and he has yet to disappoint me. Never a bad show.

Damn.. I reckon I would have pegged him for a headliner.. Especially as big as his music is on the radio.. Never would have guessed he would still be opening..

I saw Tracy Lawrence at an outdoor show a couple years ago, and he was quite good. He sounded as good live as he always had on the radio, and I had forgotten that he had so many good songs. I'm debating whether to see Easton Corbin at that same park this week, but I'm still bitter about him cancelling his concert there 2 years ago and me getting stuck with no refund. I was very glad to see George Jones a few years ago since he passed away before his scheduled concert here this year. But hands down, the best show I've seen was Vince Gill. He not only sounds even better in person than on the radio, but he's very charismatic and engaging when he's telling stories between songs.

Easton opened for Blake the other night and he did pretty good. He did like 3-4 covers including brand new man, and fiddle in a band.
