I kept getting this error too. I deleted the cards on file and reentered them and it worked fine. I had it because one of the card on file was no good anymore. Might have the same problem.

I've deleted it and reentered it, I'd say 20 times or more. Tried doing it on Xbox website and through the console, neither worked. I was getting an error code at first, now I just get this error:

This action cannot be performed at this time. Please try again later. For more information, go to http://www.xbox.com/support.


*EDIT* Now I'm getting this error:

"Sorry, there's an issue with your account. To fix the problem, visit https://account.live.com or choose a different payment method."

I went to that site and it just shows me my live account. Doesn't say what to change, or anything. I don't get it and it's pissing me off a great deal.

for the forza codes, is one of them a BMW pack because if it is, it is already free in the marketplace
