I can't say for sure if this is a nation-wide thing or not, but 4 of the Blockbuster video stores near me recently put a bunch of newer games in their Previously Played areas (aka used games) at some great prices.
Highlights include:
Red Faction: Armageddon for $10
WH40k: Space Marine and F.3.A.R. for $15 each
RAGE for $20
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 and Black Ops for $20-30 each varying by store.
Besides 360 titles, they also have games for PS3 and Wii, and sometimes DS. It's definitely worth calling the stores near you and getting them to let you know what they have left and for how much.
You may want to check sooner rather than later as the store nearest me is going to send all unsold units back to the distro center at the end of June.
