sadly....i say rent. the game is awsome to me. however, you can get the 1000 cheevs way too quick. after that i kinda felt deflated...

I think this game is awesome, play it still even after MW2, AC2, L4D2 have come out and will still play, DLC at the end of this month it is one of those games you can just jump on and play for awhile and have fun shooting the crap outta stuff . . .

No one uses millions of guns? they don't even use thousands, it's just finding that one or two really cool/good ones . . .
and there are no first person shooters that are better than Borderlands right now . . . Please don't say MW2, the campaign on there is so scripted it's like watching a movie and the multiplayer is a whole different catagory, awesome but different . . .
