I play this game a lot. This is one of those games that is a lot more fun to play if you have friends to play with. WHen you are alone and have to play with randoms its not as much fun because it seems like most of them are quite stupid. Luckily most of my friends list consists of nothing but people who play battlefield, so I always have someone to play with.
The close quarter maps are fun, but feel to much call CoD to me. I play them since they are something new and it seems like everyone is playing them.

Yeah, the big patch pissed a lot of people off. But once you get use to all of the tweaks its not bad at all. It pissed me off at first as well. But the more I played and the more I got use to it, I'm ok with it now.

Been having a blast playing the Close Quarters DLC lately, I was having some BF3 withdrawal and was playing on my brothers tag leveling him up and such and decided to just go all out and grabbed up premium for myself, no regrets so far, loved all the camos and extra assignments to work towards CQ is pretty damn fun and also an easy completion achievement wise 
the trailer for Armored Kill looks awesome too, can't wait to pile up in an AC 130 and decimate people, hope it's not way overpowered though.

Pretty much all I been playing these past few weeks. Love the CQ maps and have a regular crew that I play with which helps a whole bunch if your new to the game. I also have a Server that seems pretty popular with the community. We play to win but still screw around and just have fun. If you want to get in on this game, but are a little intimidated buy the scale of it, look us up and we'll get ya up to speed in no time.

PREMIUM is the way to go. If you want the most out of this game. Don't worry it's not Lame like Elite. BF3 DLC is the real deal with New maps, New weapons, New Assignments, New Achievements, and Game modes. The next DLC pack Armored Kill looks freak'n Huge. Here is a link to the Trailer.
