Desmond technically didn't kill her, the supreme being he was talking to forced him to do it. She's a major part of the organization that is trying to put an end to the Templars, weren't you paying attention!?!?!

yea that lady he was talking to (that froze the time n stuff so it was just him n her talkin) was that goddess lady that ezio talked to at the end of ac2. for whatever reason, she said making a sacrifice was crucial to continuing the mission of ending the templars, and the sacrifice had to be lucy. so she forced you to go over there (while youre struggling w/ all your might to stay away) and then kill her

I don't know if she's necessarily dead, but I think that's what they want us to believe. I'd put a great deal of money on the bet that she'll be back.

well idk man, they do imply she's dead very heavily. i mean yea, he did stab her in the stomach...but you gotta remember, sometimes when youre fighting as ezio you stab guards (who are wearing armor n stuff) in the stomach and it seems to kill them off like right there. so of course if desmond is using the same basic blade design, it makes sense lucy would be dead, especially considering the fact she wasnt even wearing armor...idrk. this game has left a lot of mysteries for the next installment of the AC series)

Definitely, but I don't think she's dead. And you know the AC series, they'll find some magical way to use the Apple of Eden to bring her back to life.
