Honestly I don't see why getting 100% on it is so hard, I did it on my first playthrough. But that's probably just my obsession with 100% the game. Even then, all you have to do is go to your DNA Sequence and just re-do the ones you didn't 100%.
On another note, I need people to boost "Download Complete" "Role Model" and "Abstergo Employee of the Month" so I can 100% this game's achievements.

First of all I was surprised that there wasn't a 100% achievement with the game originally.
Second, I decided a long time ago that this was not a game I was going to 100%. Some of the 100% synch requirements are just things I can't do.
Third, I will get the DLC because there are some easily obtainable achievements in it and just because I won't get the 100% one, I already have points in the game so every extra achievement will help my completion %!

Agreed. I think I only got 100% on 3 or 4 of the segments. I enjoyed The DaVinci Disappearance. It added a little to the overall story arc.

Especially the ones where you can't be seen. Oh 10 guys to sneak around? Not any more!
I remember the one mission where you had to sneak into the cathedral without being seen drove me nuts for the 100% synchronizing. I had to play that one over and over again to get it.
Oh and the no damage on the stupid tank mission. Gah. I guess it was pretty hard to get the 100%
