Phish kicks off their Summer Tour tonight at Toyota Park in Chicago. I'm going to see em tomorrow night south of Cleveland at Blossom Music Center. They broke up six years ago and reunited last year to record their 14th studio album and resumed touring to add to the over 1200 shows they've done throughout their career on the road.

I can't get enough of them. Tomorrow will be my 10th show since December of '97. I could never take a whole summer off to go on the road but I always caught em when they were playing in or close to Ohio. The furthest I've traveled to see em was there reunion weekend in Hampton, Virginia last March. Any other XBA members phellow phans? If so, I'd love to hear about your favorite show/s. Until the Sunday show in Hampton last March my favorite was at Darien Lake in September of 2001.

Yeah, when your favorite band has toured as much and Phish does, ten's actually a modest number. There's droves of dirty hippies out there with nothing better to do than follow em around all summer. I bet there's some who've seen em hundreds of times.

Phish is so unlike any other live act, every night's a fresh slate and every show is different. Most acts play the same set every night. So, there's not one other Phish fan on XBA who's willing to testify? I know Evol used to be a phellow Phish-head of mine. We actually went to our first few shows together.
