Just making a copy of a game can land you 5 years in jail and a 250,000 dollar fine.
Also, have you tried Dark Messiah?

Wrong. You can make backup's of almosy any game (maybe there is some I don't know) for your own personal use.

Wrong. I work for The State Department handling probation cases and they work hand in hand with the FBI (the building is actually right across the street). I believe they would know more than you.

Wrong.
Under section 117 of the Copyright Law, you or someone you authorize may make a copy of an original
computer program if:
the new copy is being made for archival (i.e., backup) purposes only;
you are the legal owner of the copy; and
any copy made for archival purposes is either destroyed, or transferred with the
original copy, once the original copy is sold, given away, or otherwise
transferred.

Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Yeah, through out my life of buying CD's, and Games.....
I have ALWAYS seen "Do Not Make Illegal Copies of This Disc" printed right on the cover art of the disc. Making a back up copy involves burning it.... and playing a burned game involves modification of a console. So I would assume there is no such thing as making a legal copy of a disc.

You said you were playing them on a hacked PSP... Therefore, you're wrong.
@Detroit, exactly. He's just trying to be smart. It's not like someone who works for the government would know or anything...

You pretty much got all the good ones.
Except add Alpha protocol and remove fable 2. Fable was just awful.

I'm playing a clean untouched copy of the game on a hacked psp. There is nothing illegal about hacking a psp.

http://jansensan.net/modding-a-gaming-console-is-illegal-in-canada
However, it is not illegal in the USA. So, yeahhhh.. Go MOD YOUR CONSOLES.
Also, jailbreaking an iPhone is not illegal..
Once you buy an item, you may tinker with it all you like! That's what great about it.. Where would we be without it?
Of course if you use your modded console to play an illegally obtained game (downloaded, or burned from a friend) then you're asking for 5 years in prison or a $250,000 fine.
PIRACY. IT'S THE LAW.

Thank you . I own all my game's, and my iPod touch has been Jailbroken forever now, and it always annoys me when there is a smartass trying to tell me it's illegal.
