In the GFWM screen where you clicked the "Install" button, click where it shows "Game: Age of Empires III" and the block will expand to show more information on the game. At the bottom of that view is a "View Game Keys" button that will expand down to show the CD key.

I did that it says no active keys. Still waiting on hold almost an hour now.
