LOL! Umm, trust me, it's only a small majority of us.
LOL! Well, we nerds as a rule have higher IQs than normies... But gaming is too mainstream now to classify all gamers as nerds. There are too many people who use games as a substitute for actually making friends and developing social skills.
That's probably a good way to sum it up. How did you do on the ACT?

I'm not going to say how low my math was but I'll say this much- I got a 34 in Reading & English, and everything else was 30 or above except math, and my composite score was a 30. I didn't retake it because I was pretty apathetic in high school, lol. 30 was good enough to get in any school I was looking at. I took the SAT too, with similar results- blew the math.
That's good; the first time I took it I made a 21 in math, so I can definitely relate. I'm the same way in school, I make all A's and never take a book home.... so why care. I'm just trying to do well on this to save my dad money.

Do you mean questions? They gave us the test in a pre-determined order.
When I took it (like 6 years ago) we had the WHOLE booklet in front of us and we could work on whichever sections we wanted.
Guess that's now how they do it anymore, lol. Man do I feel old now.
I'm with Melissa on this one...you're school district screwed up....or just wanted higher scores to make them look better because that is SO against the rules!
I took it 12 years ago and it was in timed sections...always has been...same for my sisters. My oldest sister took it 19 years ago.

Good lucky buddy, I scored a 28 on my practice ACT as a sophmore. Sure I coulda raised it with some practice but I just took the SAT instead.

I was the opposite. My Math was really high and I don't remember what exactly was lower...maybe English? I'll have to see if my mom still has it around somewhere.
I got a 30 also, which my mom had told me ahead of time I had to get or retake it.

Lol, my high school was always bragging about test scores and shit... I'm sure they screwed up if you guys all had the same experience.. Oh well, worked for me though .

Hey, not your fault. You could only take the test as it was given to you.

well i guess my score was the lowest in here. i probably should have retaken it since i knew what was on it the second time. It was my fault, I did no studying or preparing. I found out I had to take it. I scheduled it for a weekend and just randomly went in. I forgot my calculator, too, which didnt help. I dont think it would have helped anyway, though. I still wouldnt have known what to do with it. Anyways I only made a 24. Im too lazy. If I would spend a good day or two preparing, I think I could make upper 20's, low 30's, But then again, its a little bit too late now.
EDIT: i guess i dont really care because it means nothing. My girlfriend got a lower score then me and she recently got into the dental hygiene program which is a pain in the ass to get into. out of the hundreds, only top 12 made it and she did. She is extremely smart, and made all A's, in classes that I could only hope to pass with a C. So if she made a 22, I dont think the numbers mean much.

I know a guy who made a 34, ( took it once ) and makes less than $40,000 a year. High ACT scores don't translate to success. Work ethic and drive will take you there. However, the higher scores can save you a ton of money.
