I just sent an email to Amazon, may not be funny enough for this thread, but I tried to make it entertaining. As you know I recieved a bootleg copy of CSI: Miami Season 3 from gohastings through Amazon...I have already sent gohastings an email, but not quite like the one I sent Amazon.

I opened the package to find a bootlegged copy of the third season to CSI: Miami. Any witless crackhead drunk off Jack Daniels could have seen that this fucking thing was a bootleg! Let me explain it to you.
1. The cover is COMPLETELY different from the way the original cover should be (you know, the one you buy from wal-mart if they carried it) I knew that as soon as I opened the package.
2. I gave it benefit of the doubt though. So to ease the mouth of my wife, I popped in disk 1, no dice......it wouldn't play. No scratches, no dirt, just did not play. I tried disk 2. It worked, once the episode started playing you know what I saw?
THE FUCKING CBS SYMBOL ON THE LOWER RIGHT HAND SIDE OF THE SCREEN!
After that, I removed the bootlegged disk from the dvd player and put it back inside the bootleg case which slid inside the bootleg space saver.
Now that you know the facts of my problem, let me tell you what my opinion of Amazon now is.
I can NOT believe that anyone working with Amazon would let such things as selling bootleg materials be tolerated. Copyright Infringement is a FEDERAL CRIME! Honestly, what kind of process do you have to go through in order to sell things through Amazon? Must not be too extensive if you're letting companies who sell bootleg materials sell stuff through you. You would think as big a company as you are you would look into preventing these things. You ever seen the documentary on the Federal Penitentiary? The shit isn't pretty! Maybe I should report you guys so the FBI knows of a big distributor of bootleg materials, because I know I'm not the only one that has received bootlegged shit!
I want my fucking money back, I won't be sending the bootleg material back because that is also a crime and I want no part in it. I can send pictures if you would like but that is the only thing I am sending. I have seen the documentary on the Federal Petitionary and my cute white ass will not be going there.
