its because not everyone is using there avatar as a gamer pic. i havent felt like doing it, but i probably will sometime today.

i think he meant some werent showing up at all, but others were.
if thats what he was asking, i think i read (i think it was on here?) that the mass amount of avatars being made and stuff kinda over-drove the system, so not all were showing up

ah i guess i just took a differant interpretation of what he said. ah well happens right.
