Like if i wrote the word

"hi" it would then under it would be like a reflection of it

Yeah, if you simplify the layer so it's no longer editable as text, you can duplicate the layer. Then you can either use the free transform controls to pull the top side beneath the bottom side, or I'm pretty sure there's a way to vertically flip a layer. Once you do that you can change the opacity of the layer to make it look a little more like a reflection.
