This is a great idea, but the mods will dismiss it do to Noobs spamming the forums so they can make more threads. So I don't think they'll go for it.
on average it takes a noob 100 posts before they create an ORIGINAL thread. every other thread they make is either a duplicate or a poor attempt at getting the discussion *er.
and even if they dismiss the thread creation restriction, the search bar relocation is a wonderful idea,if i do say so myself.

I agree, I think the search bar would be great if implemented. Seeing that if we did tell a mod about a thread being duplicated they wouldn't do anything about it other then tell us " to ignore ignore ignore" *thumbs up* Great Idea

I also miss the search feature working to search for specific threads or posts from a specific user. IDK... stuff like that matters to me.
