although that does sound like a good idea majority, it also makes you seem gay
tis why you never see guys at a HM or jo bros concert...sure, you could pick up chicks, but then everyone thinks youre gay for going to a chic flic/concert....but a girl can go to a guys movie/concert and nobody thinks twice about it. wtf much lol

Plenty of non-homosexuals read this, it's a book with vampires! also a lovestory but still, doesn't make you gay
well if I saw any guy at a HM concert 99.99999999% chance he's gay or he's under 12 and with his sister, I hope!
90% of girls that go see "men" movies as you say, are with their boyfriends most of the time but we're still in a time where girls can't play videogames too I guess har har har har har

Unfortunately, due to plotting behind my back between my girlfriend and sister, I will be going to see this movie, probably Friday. I never heard of the books until a little while ago, but I know my sister went at midnight to pick them up and that actor from the movie was near my town earlier last week and, from what I heard, it was mobbed to see him. A vampire love story? I'll stick to Anne Rice thank you very much.

I have a wife who isn't interested in seeing it.
But I kinda want to go myself. I just worry it will be overhyped.

Great book series. I've read the first one and started on the second one, but kinda stopped b/c of how depressing it started lol it is pretty cool how they depict vampires though. They bring them down to a human level. Plus the colens kick ass <_< forget about the Edward hype. Rosalie and Alice is where it's at for us guys =P
Definite first night watch for me. Not expecting to much out of it though b/c I'm pretty sure they'll cut and add more stuff in. But we'll see. Patison and Stewart are believable as Edward and Bella from the cutscenes I've seen. So right there half of the battle is won already in my book =)

Alice is great lol i see her alot as a playful character. I really hope the actress does her justice.
I do have to get back to reading them though =/ i really hated the way book two started. Plus it's mostly about jacob and bella and i freakin hate jacob LOL i can tell he's just trying to move in on bella and take her from edward.
Although i like how the series ends with the fourth book. Gonna be real interesting to see how kristen stewart does that <_< although atm there signed on to do the first three. Wonder if they'll change actors for the fourth? that would royally suck....
Rosalie looks hot in the movie <_< i like the actress they got for her. Totally what i invisioned as her looking like and being all serious at bella. We'll see, i don't wanna get to excited and then get disppointed with the changes they make, b/c there's obvious changes from the previews i've seen (James hunting workers at factories? wtf?! lol) and the scene with edward carrying bella has changed somewhat(top of a tree they end up when edward stops running? lol)
But who know's, maybe it will be good =) better to have low expectations and it turn out good then to have high ones and get disappointed.
