I can't seem to find any tourney rules for the GoW tourney. I'm looking for maps, time limit, rounds, tiebreakers, etc. Can anyone help me out?

The Rules are on the Tournament page. As for the scenarios, they will be posted next weekend so all teams have equal amount of time to practice.
I can tell you that the Play-in, and first two rounds of the main bracket will be Warzone, while the final two (Semi-finals and Finals) will be Execution.

Sweet Z. I have a question though, who or what will determine which team or player hosts in each match? I don't want to beat this topic over the head since it's been talked (argued?) about alot, but it's an issue most players in the tourney are concerned about I believe.
If a team with decent players has host in each and every match they could be unstoppable.

I will release everything next week. I think you will be happy with the results, which should even everything out.

That's assuming your team makes it to the Semi-finals, since that's when the first Execution match will be played.
I wouldn't be surprised if Z announces that Friendly Fire will be ON for the tournament, that would definitely change things up quite a bit, since almost no one plays with Friendly Fire ON.

6. Any team found to be using un-registered members, abusing in-game exploits, repeatedly using foul or improper language in the game lobby or receiving complaints may result in disqualification from the tournament.
Does rule 6's "...abusing in-game exploits..." include players getting on top off or outside the maps? Because, that's cheating in my book, as it makes it harder to aim at the player (and shots sometimes get blocked by an invisible wall), gives him/her the element of surprise, since most players won't expect him/her to be on top or outside the map.
I am not asking because I thought of doing these things, I ask to clear the air, and have everyone know exactly what is and is not allowed.
Thanks.

Absolutely.
Anyone that intentionally uses an exploit in the game will be tossed.

Is there any chance we could start the tournament later, like 4PM?? If not I will need to call in a sub to play for mushroomhead.

Afraid not. With the length of the matches (hint, hint), we need to start around 12:30 EST

OMG! You are making matches first to 19 aren't you? I knew it. I have played first to 19 several times, and those things can last an hour or two easily.
Goodness, I think you just lost me one of my teammates, as there's no way he will play first to 19.
Hehe, just kidding, I remember you saying first few rounds would be first to 3, and final two rounds or was it the championship round, would be first to 5; unless, you have changed your mind.

my guess is he will make it first to 5 rounds with one team being the host and another 5 round game with the other team being the host.

Interesting, what if Team 1 wins the first match, and Team 2 wins the second match, now you have to have a tie-breaker match, who hosts that third and final match? Maybe what I suggested earlier in another post, could work in this situation, give host to the team with the player with the highest combined points total for the first two matches.
So to show this look at this example of each team's best player in the first two matches:
Team 1
