I loved it... everyone complained about it, but it just gave H3 more hype. H3 had a cliffhanger too, almost as big. And I loved #1. That and the nuke in COD4. That actually did make me say holy shit...

I do agree that the Mario one should be in the list but I think more people were messed up after seeing Aeris's Death scene in FINAL FANTASY VII
