the only example i have is Ricky Rudd Martinsville fall race in 1998?
forget that look at Ricky Rudd in the early 90's late 80"s i think. he was in a huge crash the one week and his eyes got swollen shut. the next week he TAPED his eyes open and won the race! yes he won with his eyes taped open
