I've heard of that happening before. A friend of mine had a kitten that crushed his skull when he ran into a mirror. Poor guy never survived.

My birds crash into the mirror all the time and they never die... they're cockatiels, what can I say?

i once had a cat. i bothered with that.
i loved it so much it ate me a bush.
one night i swallowed the next it had followed.
i dreamnt of a word and it brought me a bird.
this bird was dead right upside my head.
the next day a pet i had none. and there is the sun.
