Last night I watched Shooter. I thought the idea had some potential but the movie was lame. It was just too ridiculous. I really don't like movies where the hero wins against all odds. The original Die Hard is my kind of movie. Nothing in that movie was that ludicrous. Unfortunately the rest of the Die Hards aren't like that.

nooooooooo.. i thought that movie looked completely unnecessary but i really enjoyed it.. i like sniper rifles, killing people, and blowing things up so i guess it was my cup of tea

Amen, I like all those things too... I don't like a guy who allegedly attempted to shoot the president being able to escape a whole city searching for him... Or his ridiculous counter sniping in that last mountain/snow scene... Or his ridiculous escape from the guy's house... or his super quick recovery from being shot twice...
