According to Joystiq, it looks like Capcom has already announced that at least one of this week's XBLA and PSN titles will be Rocketman: Axis of Evil. There will be customizable characters, four-player co-op and support up to 1080i graphics. The game will release on March 5th and cost 800 MS points on XBLA or $10 on PSN.

Yes, this game sounds awesome. I have been looking forward to it ever since OXM reviewed it like 2 issues ago.
Why only 1080i though? Capcom obviously has access to funds & resources, and if a Live Arcade game like Boogie Bunnies can be 1080p, Rocketman definitely seems like it should too.
