I dont get the Rep system because my first rep was a negative one and it filled up my stars and to do it the good way it could take 15 people to get it full!! I think they need to fix it(to some degree because of the people that leave it for no reason!)

The only reason it is useful at all is because when you give bad rep, you will have a far less chance of ever playing with the person again.
