Anyone have one of these Redbox vending machine things in their area? My local grocery store just got one and this is the first I've heard of these things. From what I can tell, they're awesome.

You can either go to the machine or go online and view which dvds are available at the location. If there's one you'd like to rent, enter your credit card information, go pick it up from the machine and enjoy. It costs $1 for every night you have it out. If you lose it, you've bought it after 25 days of not returning it.

A $1 movie rental vending machine sounds like a great idea to me.

Yeah those RedBox's are awesome. You can usually find them outside McDonalds or inside Grocery Stores.

Dude, I love those things. I have two, one at Stop and Shop and one at Shaw's in my town. Every Tuesday morning when the new movies come out I go to the website, check what they have, use my credit card to hold them, then go pick them up when I get out of work. Now that's convenience. Screw Blockbuster!!

Use the code "DVDONME" when you checkout to get a free rental; you can only use it once per credit card though.

I believe the code "breakroom" also works. At least it worked for me about 2 months ago. Worth a shot if you havnt used it yet
