Today I was playing my 360 when all of a sudden, the video on my game got all red and grainy. Seconds later, my 360 E-74'd. This is the first time It's happened, and I know it was bound to happen. I have my 360 registered, but I'm not sure how I go about mailing it in. I still have the old box I bought it in. Can anyone reply here and let me know how I go about mailing it in(I'm still under warranty) and how long it will take to get it back.

Happened to me a few weeks ago. Um first it takes about 1 to 3 weeks to be shiped reparied and shiped back. You have to print out a shiping label for it to. And btw I want to know of they send you back the original xbox. I got mine back and I think it was differnt. Put a little black dot somewhere and see if it's there when you get it back

i called the number, went through the gay steps and was sent a coffin shortly after.
got my original back shortly after. very smooth.
from what i hear (through the grApeviiiiiine) you don't get a pre paid box anymore.
i can't confirm that.
my refurbished unit is still working awesomely to this day.
now if only i could my linksys to kick back.
