One word for RE5 control sceme: Clunky.

hippy, if anything is "clunky" itd be the movements. or well, thats from what ive heard. tbh i havent found any probs w/ anything. but like i said, i went in w/ the "negative things" in my head so it seems SOOOO much better lol

The movement is clunky, taco. It's not very easy to turn, sprinting is like making a retarded person sprint, and walking is VERY slow.

I hated the fact that when your running and you turned you would just stop running
Wtf?
Wtf?

taco, have you been drinking energy drinks again?

I love the game, at the first the controls were a turn-off but you quickly adapt. The controls are integral to the gameplay. If it was free flowing movement then it would be a bit too easy and boring.

lolz raine, thats why i love the infinite ammo. i swear i wouldnt have ever finished veteran or upgraded/bought every weapon had it not been for 3 things: infinite ammo (l hawk was my first thing w/ it) treasures/4-1, and the rotten egg glitch (the REG was mainly used for the stockpile/upgrading achievements. ever since, ive been doing campaign missions over and over and over to get my infinite ammo lol. im workin on every weapon. ive got 3/4 HGs, 2/4 SGs, and 2/3 RIFs to go w00 lol) and i must say it makes the game better.
im just really glad that RE5 and gow2 have similar controls. i can switch back and forth between the two and not suck at either w000
btw, 5-3 on professional is like, the hardest mission EVER!!!!!!!!!!! 6-3 was 10x easier....

I knew he has going to do that. I didn't even read it. Sorry Taco!!!
Rain RE used to be a survival Horror game but once you add waves of zombies it just becomes another shooter with shitty controls. This game to me feels like it wants to be a shooter. It doesn't feel anything like the old RE's(I have them all) If playing the game with good controls would make it too easy, then your saying that the bad controls Are the difficulty level. That's just retarded, remember it's suppose to be Fun to play!!!
Oh well if they would have changed the controls then there would probably have been a uproar about that too. (not from me) To each his or her own I guess.
It's forking L4D fault, that's how you kill Zombies.
*going back to read Taco's post*

yay my post is being read =D
i spent a good 5 minutes saying everything that came to my head...so im not even 100% sure what i said...but im pretty sure it was epic roflz
oh and id like to point something out. the "enemy" people in the game....aren't zombies. lol. l4d has zombies. and yes, thats how to survive the sombie apocalypse (and they say games teach us nothing....shotgun+zombie head=BOOM) they're called Majini. and right after you meet the merchant dude and make your way through those tunnels and what not you hear that dude screaming. if you watch the cutscene, you'll basically see how the Projenitor Virus (i think thats te virus name) is spreading. its through those heart/bomb things they shoved down the guys throat. so they aren't zombies, because they're still alive...though they could be close. plus, they're called Majini. so even if they were "zombies" they do haz a special name they wish to be called
