Quick Reply Issue Resolved

I believe I've fixed the issue where submitting a quick reply quickly would result in the 404 page. I've designed a new way of starting javascript on all pages that waits until the Document Object Model loads instead of the entire page. This will improve all pages that make use of javascript, but it will most noticeably affect the quick reply.

oh, i thought that came because i would reply to quickly (like not wait out the 20 second thing) and then to repost it, the system didnt like it or something O-o
