Pulled wisdom teeth

Well yesterday after school i got all 4 wisdom teeth pulled...so im wondering, was this a good idea?

All of the teeth holes have stopped bleeding except for one, bottom right, is this normal? Because im tired of waking up every hour or so and have a mouth full of blood and the cotton gauze pads i use to "absorb" the blood become a blood ball.

So im wondering if any of u had ur wisdom teeth pulled and how it went for u?

I had mine cut out when I was 13. It took about 2-3 days for all of them to stop bleeding completely... Though I would imagine if you are constantly having a "blood ball" every hour or so it might not be a bad idea to contact the dentist just to make sure...

I still need to get mine pulled >.<;; not looking forward to that....

anyways, i hear a warm teabag will help to stop the bleeding.

never heard of that. so far im just putting in warm salt water in mouth n moving it around not entirely sure if its working though :confused:

well when u get them pulled i reccomend doing it on a friday. just makes it easier just in case u need help from family/friends or something like that.

I had mine pulled too and my bottom left one did not stop bleeding for two days. I took a week off of work because of it. It is annoying to wake up and change the gauze and it hurt like a bitch. It should stop soon, but if it doesnt you may want to go back to the denist. I'd say give it one more day to improve.

I agree, anyone should get this done on a Friday and do all four at once. I made them put me to sleep because novacaine doesnt work on me........

At least you can play lots of video games................

damn, well i have school and dont wanna get behind but if i have to i will take longer off of school. thankfully the anestezia worked on me.

and to top it all off i am asking my mom for help, getting warm salty water things like that, so while she is bringing me oat meal she starts saying that today and yesterday she has noticed that i cant live by myself. that i need to take care of me! so that pisses me off, i ask her to do me a favor so that im not running back and forth between the kitchen and bathroom dripping blood everywhere, so then she springs that on me. now teasing is one thing but saying that is just fuked up! :no:

i work with a guy who passed a stone. said it's the only pain that ever made him cry...
when i was a teen i had an ear infection and it hurt so bad i couldn't sleep.
went to the doctor and he said in his 35 years he'd never seen one so bad.
that's the worst pain i've experienced so far.

ANYWAY, back on topic...
i have my bottom right wisdom tooth and my top right is starting to poke out sideways.
nothing on the left so far, lol. i'm a noob.

hope you feel better soon though, dude.

lol only reason i took them out was because the oral surgeon was there and if i didnt do it id have to wait till feb 12 and i have plans for valentines day.
