Tools > Clear Recent History
Make sure cache is checked, and click "Clear Now." You might need to change the time range to cover "Everything."

Now I'm taking this from a different website but when a post gets like -5/-10 it makes it compact (shows that users name and the rating of the post only) but people are allowed to click on it and see what the person said and rate it further depending on if they like it or not or its just stupid and off topic. Maybe that could be implemented here somehow???
