suxx! i went through 6 boxes between january 2006-february 2007 and then my 7th went in july 2007. since then i've bought a backup box and have yet to lose another one-go figure! i have always kept them clean and in a well ventilated area with auxiliary fans on them-bad design and those 14 hour game-a-thons really add up to FAILURE! 3 red lights----i win again!

The last one I sent in only took 10 days to get it back. They shiped it over night (Fed Ex) by air. I also got 3 one month gold cards and a free game (perfect dark) and I never even raised my voice. Being calm gets better results I think.
