No the dreamcast came out well before 2004...Sega discontinued the Dreamcast in March of 2001 and it was designed to bypass the PlayStation and Nintendo 64. It was released sixteen months before the PlayStation 2 (PS2) and three years before the Nintendo GameCube.

Man back in the day, boy I tell ya I cant count the hours I spent playing Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. Personally, I think Nintendo is rather aimed towards kids these past few years, but when N64 came out. Those were the true console wars PS1 VS N64. Each system had its gems, and there wasnt an xbox in sight
