That's pretty much exactly what happened to me. I've learned through experience that Sprint will give you what you want, you just have to be very patient and continuously call them back. I've gotten everything I wanted from them over the years, but rarely ever the first time I call. For those of you with Sprint who have been wronged and want a sweet deal, call and ask to speak to Account services, previously called the Retention/Win-Back Department. They will do whatever it takes to keep you. And Sprint wonders why they are loosing customers like crazy.
