sweet....the article doesnt hint on what to expect, except the "Transporter" like game....whatever that means?! The Transporter movies are great but not sure how NFS would benefit from it. Anyways I look forward to the game. Like you Zu I hope it gets back to its roots

I thought Pro Street was alright...it had ALOT of hiccups but still a decent game.

i actually liked the Underground games best of all, as far as actual gameplay and options. The music wasn't great and the story was retarded but overall I enjoyed NFSU and 2 more than any other NFS game

i like the whole NFSMW kinda of thing. i like the idea of the cops, and i like the free-roam thing. NFSPS let me down because there wasnt a free roam and i didnt like that stupid damage crap >_< in every other NFS game you could do ANYTHING and not hurt your car =\

It would be cool if they could get a better soundtrack for the new game...I agree with everyone else about it getting back to it's roots and letting us street race...The Pro Street game was "ok" but that's as far as I'm going with it.
i played NFS Hot Pursuit and that was a pretty fun game...I can't wait to see the new one, stronger storyline and better soundtrack...I think it will do good.

Sounds good and can't wait!!!!...huge supporter of the series and liked every game so far...including Pro Street but would like to see them get back to the streets as I believe the free-roam is what NFS needs, without that in Pro Street many didn't enjoy it...but I did even thou it felt more sim than the original feel of the series which had been arcade..which I love.

I enjoyed playing through ProStreet and thought it was a diff way for them to go. Seems more enjoyed the Freeroam as opposed to Sanctioned Events like Prostreet. It will be great for them to throw in more of a story as wella better soundtrack to go w/ it and maybe they'll have something going on. good find.

You know carbon had some push under it with the idea of gang racing...if they just pushed the team racing farther in the game and did more with that these games could be amazing...My favorite was Undergrounnd2 the customization was amazing...and most wanted followed it very well...As from prostreet, it was ok but yes the track get very old very fast...
And another thing...What ever happened to Midnight Club????
