I read in a magazine somewhere that achievement system is going to have to be "standard" in the future just like the rumble was is in controllers. When PS3 launched without the rumble there was a lot of uproar and if the next system came out without achievements you know it would be even worse.

They said 150 achievements per user, not 150 gs. 150 achievements per user would most likely work out to 1500+ gs, a bit more understandable.
