Advanced maps room 15 in Portal! I have tried and tried for hours to get through that one, and I simply cannot do it. I wasn't in good shape when I did it on the regular runthrough, and the advanced maps are 10 times as frustrating!

me and my friend played that game 5 hours straight from start to finish
I'd have to agree, the advanced maps are super frustrating
I think beating those took longer than all the regular ones

I'll go with the CoD 4: Mile High Level as well, but Burn Em' Out on Vet in CoD 5 is annoying... just the last bunker though I blow through the rest of the level.

I'd have to say the very last level on Battlefield 2 Modern Combat, I spent months trying to beat that, I'm pretty sure it's just about impossible.
