Well, I thought the demo wasn't half bad...I wouldn't mind getting it. It could really be fun co-op with four or maybe just plain split screen.

The demo was pretty much a let down for me, but then again, I only played the singleplayer. Graphics are just horrible though, hopefully they'll improve in the real game.

whats up with everyone saying this game sucks and the graphics suck?
lol, i believe this is a great game, with amazing graphics and game play
valve&steam did a great job on this and i think the idea of co-op online is going
to be bad ass.Also you can become infected as well, and kill other humans
anyways, it was a demo and not the entire game, they more then likely
tweaked some things with in the game.
i plan on buying this once i get a chance.

Just finished the single player. Very short but a blast. It's the on-line matches and co-op that is the meat of the game. If your looking for a long single player game ( and don't play on-line) don't buy it. If you and your friends want to waste Zombies and duke it ( on live) out pick it up..

I felt the same way about the demo. The game is a lot tighter. But if your unsure rent it..

now, before you all attack me (like every single kid on xbox.com) let me say this:
i shouldn't have to play with 3 other people to enjoy a game.
i shouldn't have to play on the expert difficulty to enjoy a game.
with that said, the graphics and mechanics are horrible.
not to mention... all i heard was "i'm reloading!" every 2 seconds.
seriously, if i'm going to spend 60 bones on a game, it's going to be much better.
for the people who love it, are you THAT impressed with 4 player co-op?
that's the only reason i can see why people would buy this garbage.
now, before you all attack me (like every single kid on xbox.com) let me say this:

This game is made by Valve and intended more for PC users than it is 360 users. So for this game, yes you should have to play co op to enjoy the game. I played the demo with 3 freinds and had an absoluute blast. So if you cant (for some odd reason becuase you obviously have Xbox live) play with 3 other people, than don't get the game. But don't trash it just becuase its not for you.

okay... i'm not a PC gamer... so what's that got to do with me?

i'm trashing it because it's a lame game.
MP and co-op are almost expected at this point, when it comes to ANY big title. i don't agree with this, and i don't like this. maybe some of you are. either way, the single player should be enjoyable.
this goes WAY back to probably 06 when i was fighting for the petition of no online achievements. they can be good fun, but they create too many problems. boosting and haxxoring, for example. not to mention it's not fair for people with a 360 w/o online play.
and besides THAT...
think of COD4 or R6V...
(I'VE NEVER PLAYED EITHER ONLINE!)
however...from what i've heard, it seems they use their own ranking system.. and it works!
get rid of online cheevies, but let people have their bragging rights.

all different types of people play different games, it should be balanced. . .

Heard the single-player is super short?, will probably pick it up when a couple friends I live do for the co-op......because I loved the demo and just picked up Need For Speed: Undercover LE, Tomb Raider: Underworld for 360 and Animal Crossing: City Folk for the Wii today.
