Same here Z. I didn't mind it being down past their expected timeframe (24hrs) as the main point was to integrate the Family Settings. I'd rather see MS, Sony, and Nintendo set the field for Family Settings rather than have goverenment interference. I'm sure the fall dashboard update will also be in a couple weeks.
Server upgrades, software upgrades, etc all have the possiblity of running over due to unexpected outcomes. The team for Xbox.com and live really stuck with it.
