What about the horrifically long waiting lists? There's a reason ill Canadians rush across the border to get help. They can't get it in Canada. Not while they're still alive anyway.
No matter what, someone has to foot the bill. I don't want to be the one paying for a bunch of heavy smokers who abuse their bodies.
In an ideal world, universal health care would work. Our world is anything but ideal.

wow all i wanted was to let them know of a leaderboard problem, in turn i get flamed for liking McCain, can we just lock this thread, i dont care to have a political debate on this stuff here too.. I hope this guy catches a ban hammer. Faking gamerscore is like pretending to be the Dungeon Master of a D&D group. It makes no sense.
