Xbox 360 owners of UNO, can now download a special Kameo Elements of Power deck for their game. Not only will the deck unlock new card art, music and sound affects, but a special game rule card will allow you to swap hands with another player. The Kameo deck is available in all regions and costs 150 Microsoft Points to download.

EDIT: Found out another nugget on this. Apparently, only the host of the UNO game needs to have the Kameo pack downloaded for all the players to enjoy the new graphics, sound and special rule card.
