Yeah Bungie also talks alot of bullshit I highly doubt theyre going to go banning people that are simply playing the game without actually altering game data in any way. They just talk big but that would be very difficult to monitor and frankly I havent seen an article stating anything of the sort about banning people for doing what Taco does nor have I heard of anyone getting the ban hammer for going to "achievement games" through the language menu.

im not sure what it was, but on my ex-live acc (my bros current and now fully his live acc, skullbulletx) we got console banned. the gayest part is, they dont tell you why!! they even said "we cant tell you why youre banned" so were on a diff console now lol. idk why we were banned, i never did anything wrong on that..it might be because of the messed up cod4 disc we had. itd randomly disconnect me w/ the "disc unreadable" thing and that mightve bene it..thats prolly the only thing ms has done and havent lifted a finger since (this was like maybe 2-3 maybe 4 or 5 months ago)

Finally beat Spiderman: Friend or Foe! It was pretty fun, although it gets repetitive. The last achievement suhkt BALLZZ though!!
