Is it true that your xbox360 doesn't read some of the older games? I have read other peoples comments on this. They said they have a few games that wouldn't read and some even said that the xbox live didn't work. Anyone know of this?

Yes it is true. Here is the most Complete List of backwards compatible titles to date. Some games they wont make because a new version is available on the 360 already.
