In need of help opening ports on router.

Today, I officially retired my old Linksys Wireless G router. It was four years old and was on its last legs. I vastly upgraded to a Netgear Wireless N Dual Band router, which has greatly improved connection speed in my home.

Now, here's my issue. It has been four years since I've configured a router properly for Xbox Live, so I have no clue as to how to do this.

Someone want to give me a hand?
