on a serious note, getting 200/200 in hexxic HD is something i doubt i will ever accomplish. call of duty 2 on vet was pretty tough, but it's one of my proudest achievements.
as for brass balls (bioshock) all you have to do is save before you fight the big daddies and load if you die instead of continue through the vita chamber. takes a few hours.

No, hardest achievement is the most evil one in the Rayman: Raving Rabbids. It means you have to perfect every stage in the score mode to get it. Now that just cruel.
